FG66 Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on FG66 and using any part of the platform — whether that is placing a bet on a PSL match, spinning a slot, playing at a live casino table or making a PKR deposit — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and FG66. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform. Your continued use of FG66 following any updates to these terms will be treated as your acceptance of the revised version.

These terms apply to all products available on FG66 including sports betting, cricket and PSL markets, casino games, slots, live casino, bingo and any future products added to the platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use FG66, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. FG66 does not permit any person under 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and phone number.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed FG66 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be acting as an agent or registering on behalf of another person.

FG66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.

Providing false information during registration, including a false date of birth, is a serious breach of these terms. FG66 will close any such account, void all associated bets and retain any funds deposited under a false identity pending investigation.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your FG66 account credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. FG66 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact FG66 support immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured. Do not delay — any bets placed or withdrawals requested before you report the breach may be treated as your own activity.

Each player is permitted to hold only one FG66 account. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery option on the login page. Do not create a new account — doing so is a breach of these terms regardless of whether you intended to use both accounts simultaneously.

You are responsible for all activity on your account, including any bets placed, deposits made and bonuses claimed. FG66 may contact you to verify transactions at any time. You agree to respond to any verification request promptly and honestly.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

FG66 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved at any stage. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your FG66 balance, and the amount you request for withdrawal is the amount sent to your payment method — no hidden conversion charges or spread fees apply.

FG66 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash – instant deposits and fast withdrawals via Pakistan's most widely used mobile wallet
• Easypaisa – instant deposits and withdrawals via Telenor's mobile money service
• Raast – real-time interbank transfer through Pakistan's national instant payment infrastructure
• Bank Transfer – standard transfer from any Pakistani bank account
• Debit / Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks
• Mobile Wallets – other supported mobile wallet options as made available

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and by your VIP tier. FG66 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit wherever possible. FG66 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds. Withdrawals will not be processed to a third-party account — the name on the payment method must match the name on your FG66 account.

FG66 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests at any given time. VIP players at higher tiers receive prioritised withdrawal processing as part of their programme benefits.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on FG66 are subject to these general terms and any sport-specific or market-specific rules that apply to the event in question. It is your responsibility to understand the applicable rules before placing a bet.

Key betting rules that apply across all sports and markets on FG66 include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended or withdrawn after it has been accepted by the system except where cash-out is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• FG66 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including obvious pricing errors. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — FG66 follows standard cricket betting rules. If a match is abandoned or reduced, settlement rules specific to that format and competition will apply and will be communicated clearly.
• In-play or live betting odds reflect real-time match conditions. Once a live bet is confirmed, it is binding regardless of subsequent changes to the score or situation during the same delivery, over or moment.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per day apply and vary by market. These limits are displayed in the betslip at the time of placing a bet.
• FG66 may limit or restrict betting on specific markets for any account at its discretion, particularly where unusual activity is identified.

Any attempt to exploit technical errors, latency in live odds updates or data feed delays to gain an unfair advantage is considered prohibited conduct. Bets placed in such circumstances will be voided and the account may be subject to review.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

FG66 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general terms. Where a conflict exists, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

The following general bonus rules apply across all FG66 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering multiplier, eligible games and expiry period are stated on each offer.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device. FG66 may request verification to confirm eligibility before releasing a welcome bonus.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and may only be used on FG66 products. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another player.
• FG66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its conditions or cancel a bonus already credited if it determines that it was claimed in bad faith or in breach of these terms.
• Placing bets on low-risk or zero-risk outcomes for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements — commonly known as bonus abuse — is prohibited. FG66 may void bets and cancel bonuses where this is identified.
• Bonus expiry dates are fixed and cannot be extended. Unused bonus funds will expire at the stated date regardless of account activity.

07 VIP Programme

FG66 operates a tiered VIP programme that rewards regular players with enhanced benefits as they progress through the available levels. Eligibility for VIP tiers is determined by FG66 based on a combination of deposit history and betting activity over a rolling period.

VIP benefits may include higher withdrawal limits, priority withdrawal processing, exclusive bonuses, dedicated account management and access to VIP-only promotions. The specific benefits available at each tier are outlined on the VIP page.

FG66 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefits or the structure of the programme at any time. Players who do not maintain the activity level required to qualify for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier at the next review period. VIP status does not carry any contractual guarantee of specific benefits beyond those currently listed.

VIP bonuses and rewards are subject to the same general bonus terms described in Section 06 above unless stated otherwise in the specific VIP offer terms.

08 Fraud & Prohibited Conduct

FG66 takes fraudulent activity seriously and monitors all account behaviour to protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of genuine players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and a permanent ban:

• Creating more than one account to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions
• Using another person's payment details, identity documents or account credentials
• Coordinating bets with other players to guarantee outcomes or exploit promotions
• Exploiting technical errors, data feed delays or system vulnerabilities in live betting
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with FG66
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using FG66 as a vehicle for financial crime
• Attempting to charge back a deposit that has already been used for betting

Where FG66 identifies suspected fraudulent activity, accounts may be suspended pending investigation. During this period, withdrawals will be placed on hold. FG66 will cooperate with relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

09 Privacy & Data

FG66 collects and processes personal data in connection with your registration and use of the platform. This includes your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information and betting activity. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and improve the platform.

FG66 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Closure

You may close your FG66 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, and any remaining balance in PKR will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

FG66 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or identity fraud
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period, subject to prior notice
• Inability to verify identity or payment method after repeated requests
• Suspicious betting patterns or suspected use of prohibited software

Where FG66 closes an account due to a breach of these terms, any funds associated with the breach may be retained pending investigation. FG66 will communicate the reason for closure and provide a process for disputing the decision where appropriate.

12 Limitation of Liability

FG66 operates on a best-efforts basis to provide a reliable, secure and fair platform. However, FG66 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages and technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted, FG66 is not liable for:

• Any losses resulting from your failure to understand the terms of a bet or bonus before placing it
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on your end during a live bet
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the platform
• Bets that were void due to data feed errors, provided the void is applied fairly and consistently

FG66's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of that player's account balance at the time of the incident. This limitation does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

FG66 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made — such as changes to bonus rules, withdrawal conditions or account policies — registered players will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Minor updates, such as clarifications of existing rules or correction of typographical errors, may be made without prior notice. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. FG66 recommends reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

If you do not agree with any updated version of these terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect. Continuing to use FG66 after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
